Customs guarantee

On 1 December 2013 the Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation introduced additional measures to ensure the transit of the TIR Carnet. Thus, goods in transit, the following TIR Carnets should be further secured by cash, bank guarantee, customs guarantee or collateral property.
